Building Resilience

Do you avoid conflict? Or feel defeated when things don’t work out? Do you have an underlying fear of your emotions?

I want my clients to be able to take a hit, and it not take them out. We know life is full of ups and downs, and adapting and growing stronger through it is the task at hand. This course will provide training, process and techniques to help you become more emotionally flexible and adaptable when distress hits. Building resilience in your emotional health will build resilience in your relationships, work ethic and overall purpose.

What you need to know:

-Group Therapy (10 people max)

-6 week course

-Group will meet once a week on zoom

-Light homework + brief bonus videos thru the week

This group is designed to help single women in their 30s, 40s, 50s better understand themselves and their patterns in order to date with courage and confidence. You will learn to implement effective communication skills, build and honor your boundaries and navigate conflict. Through feedback and interaction with group members, you can gain support and confidence for your dating life that extends long after the 6 sessions.
